Return & Refund Policy

At Veloura Seasons, we want you to be happy with your purchase. For online purchases, customers within the European Union generally have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day the order is received.

To request a return, please contact us first at support@velouraseasons.com and include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Please do not return products without contacting us first.

Return Conditions
You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. Products should be returned in their original condition where reasonably possible. If a product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, you may be responsible for any resulting reduction in value.

Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns under the right of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the product is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at support@velouraseasons.com.

Please include your order number and, where possible, clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Exceptions
Certain products may be excluded from the legal right of withdrawal, such as products made to your specifications or clearly personalized items. Where an exception applies, this will be clearly communicated before purchase.

Discounted or sale items are not automatically excluded from the legal right of withdrawal. Your statutory consumer rights remain applicable.

Exchanges
If you would like a different size, color, or variant, please contact us at support@velouraseasons.com. In many cases, the quickest option is to return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process the applicable refund.

When you validly withdraw from your entire order, we will refund the purchase price  and the cost of standard delivery. Refunds will be made no later than 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that the goods have been returned.

Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
